HOW TO BOOK:
You can book our tours by filling the form available at sections -Guided Tours-, -Cruise Excursions- and –Transfers. Please provide us as much information as possible (about what?) so that we can guarantee you the best service.
Prices are subject to change according to the route and the means of transport required, depending on the number of passengers. You will be requested to provide your credit card number in case you will not cancel your tour or service booking in advance. Cash payment (€) only.
WITHDRAW YOUR RESERVATION:Withdrawal is free of charge until three days before the tour/service scheduled. Otherwise, you will be charged of a “no show fee”.
HOW TO FIND OUR CHAUFFEUR?
Our chauffeur will wait for you in a prearranged location, with a placard showing the name you provided. In case you get off of a cruise, he/she will wait for you at the debarks in case you are travelling by train or plane, he will wait for you at the Arrivals hall. In case you are staying in a hotel, he/she will be at the hotel hall, after notifying the hotel personnel.
HISTORICAL SITES AND MUSEUMS:
Historical sites and museum tickets are not included in the tour fare.
Our chauffeur cannot join you in a restricted access area tour, as a museum or a historical site, except for emergency situations. Therefore, if you want to have a personal guide, you can ask us for it and we will provide the additional service.
Tips are not included in the fare, and usually are about 10% and 20% of the service price. Still, they depend on the satisfaction of the service.
IF THE CRUISE I AM TRAVELLING BY IS DELAYED, WILL I BE OVERCHARGED?
No, we will only charge you in case you do not cancel your booking by three days before. If the docking of the cruise is delayed, the tour will automatically be rescheduled for the next docking date.
